Payment Options

  • No-interest payment plans from CareCredit (for six months)
  • Convenient, low monthly payment plans are also available (for all treatments $1000 and up)
  • No annual fees or pre-payment penalties
• Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
  • A fee of $25 is charged for returned checks
  • CareCredit

Information Regarding Insurance Benefits

At our practice, we require payment prior to the beginning of your treatment. It's important to note that the professional services we provide are charged directly to the patient, not the insurance company.

All accounts must be paid in full within 90 (ninety) days from the date of service, regardless of the amount paid by your insurance company. Any remaining balance beyond this period is your responsibility. .
